Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst This role supports the Planning and Purchasing teams in daily supply chain operations, ensuring timely material availability and data-driven decision-making. The position analyzes inventory and supplier performance to uncover cost savings and improve efficiency. It also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities Support Planning and Purchasing teams in executing daily supply chain activities. Analyze material requirements, inventory levels, and demand trends to maintain availability of parts and materials. Retrieve, organize, and analyze data from the ERP system to support business decisions and continuous improvement. Monitor supplier performance, prepare vendor scorecards, and assist with supplier development initiatives. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. Assist with purchasing activities such as sourcing, quoting, and procuring components for machinery and labeling equipment. Collaborate with teams across engineering, production, quality, and logistics to align operations. Generate and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or other tools. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or related roles (preferably in manufacturing or machinery parts). Proficiency with Oracle ERP or similar systems; understanding of MRP concepts and inventory control. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Access a plus. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar) preferred. Experience with label conversion or machinery manufacturing is a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong administrative and time management abilities with proven multitasking capacity.
