Delivering end-to-end design-build capabilities for elite facilities, Anchor Management Group specializes in Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Engineering, Design-Build, Pre-Construction, and Construction Management services. The Contract Administrator will be working from the Conshohocken PA office and reporting to Vice-President of Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, execution, and management of contracts for our construction projects. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and project specifications, while serving as a key liaison between the company, clients/owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. What you'll do: Prepare, review, draft, redline and negotiate a variety of contracts, including owner contracts, proposals, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders for construction projects and RFPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Routinely work with Project Managers to review, negotiate, and finalize project related contracts, including review and compliance with labor, insurance, and bond requirements. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the contract approval process and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements. Maintain accurate and organized contract files, logs, contract records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor contract performance, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and financial terms are met. Assist in contract communications with clients and subcontractors. Track and process contract amendments, extensions, and terminations. Resolve contract-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain trackers on subcontractor background checks, COI's and W9s. Support risk management by identifying potential contract risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Assist in RFQs, submit to potential clients. Additional duties: Take and distribute meeting minutes for the monthly internal staff meeting Assist in LinkedIn posts and take project photos. What you need for success: Degree in Paralegal Studies or higher; 3+ years of experience in a legal support role with experience in contract management and negotiation processes (construction industry experience is a plus); Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, lump sum, cost-plus, design build etc.) and Pennsylvania state regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF. Experience with construction/project management software (Procore) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills.
