AMO, FP&A Principal Specialist Pratt & Whitney has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic AMO, FP&A Principal Specialist. This is an onsite position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location. Aftermarket Operations (AMO) is the branch of Commercial Engines (CE) that leads Pratt & Whitney's global aftermarket network, focusing on engine maintenance, repair, overhauls, and mobile services. The AMO FP&A team is responsible for the development, management and reporting of AMO financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) to both the operations teams and CE FP&A. What You Will Do: Focal for AMO Balance Sheet planning and reporting, including $1B+ in AMO inventory. Work closely with the AMO Engine Centers on overhaul shop visit forecasting, risks, and actuals reporting. Work closely with the AMO Repair shops for part repair contracts and analytics. Work closely with all AMO Controllers in both North America (NA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) for meeting business needs. Support the annual process of budgeting for various G&A support groups Support a process improvement council where we benchmark procedures and reporting techniques across AMO businesses. Reporting on various Ops Metrics, such as Cost Per Hour and Labor Utilization. Analysis in support of ad hoc requests from AMO and CE leadership. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance. Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications We Prefer: System knowledge of SAP. Ability to use and develop SAP Business Warehouse, Qlik, OneStream and other reporting tools. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
