Coe Hr Specialist Interview Specialist Chubb's North America HR Service Delivery team is hiring for a CoE HR Specialist Interview Specialist! This role provides high-level support to the Talent Acquisition Team for Chubb. It requires a skilled individual who can manage complex and evolving calendars and global travel schedules and collaborate across global regions. The ideal candidate would be high-energy, highly confidential, polished, and able to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization. The role requires expert time management skills, accessibility, responsiveness, and flexibility in collaborating across time zones and departments. The candidate must possess the desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player. The position interfaces with internal contacts across the organization as a diverse group of co-workers and external contacts. This role reports to the HR Compliance and Interview Scheduler Manager. The CoE HR Specialist Interview Specialist will: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates Manage the candidate's travel experience by booking travel, and processing reimbursements Understand key stakeholders' objectives, have insight into the business, and have confidence holding senior level conversations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred Proactive, organized, detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills, quick learner, ability to prioritize work and work independently with limited supervision Top-notch time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm under pressure; can work with and enjoys working with many different people and personalities Technical Skills: Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ServiceNow and Oracle preferred The pay range for the role is $52,800-$73,700. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
