Dining Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator St Andrews Country Club Property Association - Boca Raton, FL 33496 Overview Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type: Full Time Description Position Summary: The Dining Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional and seamless dining experience for our members. This position combines the guest-facing responsibilities of a Host/Hostess with the administrative and coordination functions of a Dining Reservationist. The ideal candidate is polished, warm, highly organized, and able to manage a fast-paced environment while upholding the Club's high service standards. Qualifications Essential Responsibilities: Reservation & Administrative Duties Manage all incoming phone calls and emails for dining reservations across all restaurants. Control the flow of reservations, maintain guest lists, confirm special requests, and ensure accurate communication with F&B Managers. Maintain and manage the reservation system: add, modify, confirm, and update reservations in accordance with Club standards. Provide clear, professional communication to Members while meeting phone etiquette standards. Remain knowledgeable about Club hours, menus, events, and operational updates. Host/Hostess & Guest Experience Duties Greet Members and guests warmly and courteously; anticipate needs and personalize the service experience. Seat guests according to reservation times, table counts, and service flow guidelines. Set up and reset the dining room according to Manager's specifications and Club standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining room areas, and front-of-house spaces. Coordinate and manage all take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation. Assist service staff as needed to maintain efficient workflow and uphold the Club's high-quality standards. Service & Standards Provide exceptional hospitality at all times and uphold the Club's values and service culture. Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and Club liquor regulations. Work collaboratively with F&B Managers and supporting departments to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings. Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Professional appearance, warm and confident personality, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a high-traffic, high-expectation environment. Strong communication, listening, organizational, and computer skills. Knowledge of reservation systems, phone systems, table numbers, stations, and dining room operations. Enjoy working with people and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Education & Work Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 23 years of Front-of-House, Host, Reservationist, or Food & Beverage experience in a luxury club or hotel setting. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting as needed. Must be able to handle standard host stand tools and equipment and perform duties in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
