Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) who will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of Material Delivery Services. Tasks include preparing commercial and government deliveries for operations and engineering materials/services. Material Delivery Services is responsible for making sure deliveries are processed accurately and on time. The selected candidate will be required to prepare and process APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) delivery requests. The day-to-day responsibilities listed below will be necessary to meet program needs and schedule requirements. What You Will Do Prioritize delivery requests to meet customers needs and contract due date. Utilize APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Utilize RMD/Govt Contracts to execute DD250. Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250's. Understand the requirements in DFARS Appendix F. Participate in Program meetings regarding DD250 execution. Communicate directly with internal and external customers. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience with MS Office. Experience with SAP. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer 6 years' experience in a logistics, supply chain or related field. Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data analysis. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
