Job Description Prepare accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project budgets align with client expectations. Analyze project requirements and develop detailed takeoffs and bid proposals. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards. Conduct market research to stay updated on material pricing and industry trends. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts. Maintain detailed records of all estimates, bids, and related documents. Assist in post-project evaluations to improve future estimating processes.
