Project Manager Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients. Multitask between multiple projects. Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more. Help estimators when necessary on bid days. Ability to lead projects from start to finish. Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to. Drive solutions. Assist in business development by maintaining excellent communication with clients. A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New York. Proficiency in construction project management software. 8+ years of project management experience. Someone who can hit the ground running. Ground up public work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Customer oriented. Public and private experience. Base salary: $110k- $130k. 401k plan. Health care plan. 5 weeks of PTO. Company card for expenses.
