Marketing/Driver Recruiting Intern Internship position with the objective of effectively supporting the marketing specialist and driver recruiting team. This role will support the marketing specialist and driver recruiting team by analyzing applications, managing email communications, and reviewing social media inquiries. This role will also spend time creating and editing social media content. This position will work as their school schedule allows up to 15 hours a week. During the summer breaks and school breaks-- this candidate will be able to work up to 40 hours per week. Essential functions: Learn and become an expert in Tenstreet Understanding and communicating full job details for all open jobs to leads. Create/film social media content on all platforms. Track ROI for marketing campaigns Answer and process driver recruiting phone calls and voicemails. Meta Business- Monitor and reply to comments and messages, process billing to BMO Monitor leads and active job openings. Bulk messages for new jobs within Tenstreet Duplicate Report- Disqualifying duplicate applications in Tenstreet off the zip search report, merge duplicate apps, update tags, document merge General Tenstreet Cleanup: Ensure all worklist hidden apps are in a disposition status, Run reports for Director on candidate reporting, lead volume, disposition status, inconsistencies Work lifestyle you will experience: Values-based culture: Commitment to Safety and Create a Great Place to Work.
