What You'll Actually Do Answer inbound calls from new or existing customers Provide quotes and close the sale Schedule services for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutters, and holiday lights Manage callbacks, delays, and technician communication Enter and maintain data in our point-of-sale system Educate customers on additional services and upsell when appropriate Make outbound reminder calls Manage email, text campaigns, and light marketing tasks Support the owner with seasonal needs and daily operations You are the communication hub.
