The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning. What You Can Expect Responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques Drive adoption and improvement of Statistical models using Machine Learning Analyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams What We're Looking For Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 10-15 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master's degree with 5-10 years of experience Demonstrable experience in implementing ML (Machine Learning) models for forecasting, and integrating Market intelligence in the process Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI Preferred Qualifications: Semiconductor Industry experience Experience in using LLM (Large Language Models) for forecasting Experience in guiding and coaching teams Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 120,150 - 180,000, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
