Senior Consultant - Program Management and Analytical Support Services DI is recruiting for a Senior Consultant to provide expert services in support of the Program Management and Analytical Support Services Contract for the United States Coast Guard. The position is contingent upon award. Location: United States (work authorization required); U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters Description: The Senior Consultant is expected to lead a small team to provide the Coast Guard's Business Operations Division and its associated business lines (potentially including Business Operations, Pay and Personnel Center, Community Services Command, Enlisted Personnel Management, Officer Personnel Management, Personnel Support, Reserve Personnel Management, and Civilian Personnel Management) with expert support for the following: change management, strategic communications, strategic planning, business transformation, and initiative management; governance support; software maintenance; analytical services; and database improvements and data migration efforts in support of these activities. The Senior Consultant is responsible for: guiding executive-level initiatives; applying advanced project-management, business process, and re-engineering expertise; and reviewing deliverables and providing executive coaching. The successful candidate will ensure the successful accomplishment of assigned tasks under the contract, including to support Change Management and Communications (Task 1); Strategic Planning and Analysis (Task 2); Business Transformation and Initiative Management (Task 3); Process and Performance Improvement (Task Four); Project Management Strategic Planning, Analysis and Governance Support (Task Five); Facilitation, Coordination, and Documentation Support (Task Six); and Business and Project Management Support (Task Seven). Required: Education Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent). Minimum of 7 years of experience with a BA or 5 years of experience with an MA or higher. Experience providing change-management, analytical services, or related support to the Coast Guard, particularly for the Business Operations Division, or for other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law. Experience providing executive coaching or related to support to the Coast Guard, particularly for the Business Operations Division, or for other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law.
