Dental Receptionist

Medical Receptionist As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience at our clinic. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will greet and direct clients, manage incoming calls, and support patients by answering questions or routing inquiries to the appropriate staff. You'll keep daily operations running smoothly by monitoring patient flow, alerting the Operations Director or Assistant Director to any concerns, and notifying dental assistants when patients arrive for their appointments. Your strong administrative skills will also be put to use preparing and editing documents in Word and Excel, managing meeting room schedules, sorting mail, filing, and assisting with general office duties that help keep our team functioning at its best. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
