People Partner Generalist Fremont, California, United States About Weee! The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA Job Duties Support the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the managers and People team, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding, enhancing employee retention, development, and organizational fit Implement and localize corporate-wide HR policies, systems, and initiatives Foster strong relationships with supported teams, provide coaching and counsel to employees to coach on performance, conflict resolution, and career development, escalate to People leadership as needed Contribute to core People programs such as performance review, engagement survey, compensation cycles, compliance initiatives, process buildup and improvement Promote high performance culture through engagement initiatives and events that reinforce company values and psychological safety Partner with Learning and Development team to deliver training programs, enhancing compliance and leadership for our team members and leaders Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and business leaders on hiring and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goal and team dynamics Support change management efforts, provide insights to employee behavior and organizational readiness Leverage people analytics to provide reporting insights to People leadership, aiding in strategic decisions related to organizational effectiveness Job Requirements Job entails working with and requires bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in: Strategic HR business partnering & change management People analytics: performance, retention & engagement insights HR programs, policy & process optimization Manager & employee coaching; communication & conflict resolution Cross-functional collaboration: TA, L&D & leadership on workforce planning & culture Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Points credits Compensation Range The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,304 This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
