Sr. Product Manager, Developer Platform Our Developer Platform team builds and runs AI-powered development tools and platforms that make it easier and faster for engineers across the company to design, build, and operate software. We focus on simplifying workflows, standardizing best practices, and delivering secure, scalable services that improve developer productivity and satisfaction. The Sr. Product Manager, Developer Platform, will own the strategy and roadmap for our internal AI-powered development tools and platforms, working closely with engineering, security, and business teams across the organization. You will deeply understand developer needs, prioritize the most impactful problems to solve, and drive delivery of capabilities that unlock AI-assisted development at scale while defining, tracking, and reporting clear adoption, usage, and productivity metrics to continuously improve the developer experience. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, DevOps Engineering. Responsibilities Define and own the product vision and roadmap for internal AI developer tools and platforms Partner with engineering, security, and cross-org stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact developer problems Translate developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for the engineering team Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features and integrations that improve developer productivity and satisfaction Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously refine the developer experience and measure outcomes Champion adoption of AI tools across teams through clear communication, enablement, and change management Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability in partnership with IT Infrastructure & Operations Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What You Bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 8+ years of product management experience, including owning roadmaps and delivering complex products or platforms Ability to define a clear product vision, create a product roadmap, and prioritize features based on measurable business value Experience working with engineering teams on developer-facing tools, platforms, or APIs Preferred Exceptional communication skills to act as the bridge between highly technical engineering teams, executives, and leadership Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to inform decisions Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and change management for internal tools Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
