Registered Behavioral Technician

Positive Strides ABA, LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults ages 221 in their homes and communities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), the RBT will implement treatment plans designed to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.ScheduleMon-Fri 4pm -7pm ESTResponsibilitiesDeliver ABA therapy directly to clients in-home or in the community as assignedImplement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under BCBA/LBS supervisionCollect accurate, real-time data during sessions using company-approved systemsParticipate in initial and ongoing training sessions and clinical meetingsProvide session notes, behavior data, and other required documentation in a timely mannerMaintain professional and ethical conduct in accordance with BACB guidelines and Positive Strides ABA policiesCommunicate effectively and respectfully with families, supervisors, and team membersAttend and participate in client team meetings as needed (virtual or in-person)Follow all HIPAA and privacy guidelines to ensure client confidentialityAssist in generalization of skills to natural environments as appropriateRequirementsCurrent RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Valid PA clearances:PA Child Abuse History ClearancePA State Police Criminal Record CheckFBI Fingerprint Background Check or affidavit of exemption (as applicable)High school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to client sessionsExperience with children with developmental or behavioral diagnosesCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and follow clinical guidanceJoin us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
