Thompson Law Liens Specialist Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, seeks a Liens Specialist to join the team! The Position: Liens Specialist supports team operations from intake through closing by focusing on all aspects of lien and subrogation issues in cases. This position will be responsible for identifying health insurance and documenting in case files, communicating with insurers on necessary documentation, disputing charges on itemizations as necessary, and other lien-related tasks as required. Responsibilities: Identifying health insurance and documenting it in case files. Communicating with insurers to obtain necessary documentation. Disputing charges on itemizations as needed. Handling other lien-related tasks as required. Supporting team operations from intake through closing by focusing on all aspects of lien and subrogation issues. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in an administrative professional environment in at least one of the following areas: Personal injury; Medical office; AR/AP; Heavy data entry; Record keeping; Customer communications; Document management; Medicare/Medicaid Overall organization and attention to detail. Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential. Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, and collaborative. Total Compensation Package: Hourly + Bonuses Employee Health Insurance premium 100% paid by the firm.
