Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll and accounts receivable experience Experience with multi-state payroll processing Knowledge of Paylocity, UKG or other third-party payroll processing software Comfortable with using MSOffice (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) Job Description: Payroll Administration Process weekly/biweekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in hours, earnings, deductions, and taxes. Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefit deductions. Review timesheets for completeness and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and distribute payroll-related documents such as pay stubs, summaries, and year-end forms (W-2, 1099, etc.). Coordinate with HR and managers on payroll questions, adjustments, and compliance requirements. Billing & Accounts Receivable Generate and send customer invoices based on contracts, service logs, or project milestones. Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on past-due accounts, and document collection activities. Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate aging reports. Assist with month-end closing tasks, including AR reporting and revenue reconciliation. Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or customer disputes. Cross-Functional Support Maintain accurate financial and payroll documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Support process improvements to streamline payroll and billing workflows. Provide backup support to the accounting team as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
