ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR

We are excited to be adding an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead day-to-day receivables operations, ensuring timely invoicing, effective collections, and accurate cash application. This role supervises an AR team, serves as an escalation point for customer issues, and partners cross-functionally to improve processes and support strong cash flow. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. (Hybrid after onboarding) What you'll do: Lead and support AR operations including billing, collections, and cash application Monitor AR aging and collaborate with Sales on past-due accounts Resolve complex billing and payment disputes Review reconciliations, adjustments, and AR reporting (DSO, trends, cash flow) Coach and develop AR team members Contribute to the creation, refinement, and enforcement of AR policies, procedures, and documentation Support month-end and year-end close activities Partner with the Accounting Manager on operational improvements, process optimization, and system-related initiatives. What we're looking for: 46 years of AR experience; 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and AR workflows Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, or similar) Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative leadership style Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience Nice to have: Revenue recognition knowledge Experience with AR automation or collections tools Veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
