Job Opportunity Experience: Minimum five years clinical experience and two years in a leadership role (i.e., supervisor, senior). Licenses/Certificates: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire.
