CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Water/Wastewater to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Columbia, SC. What You'll Do: Manage water/wastewater and sewer projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline required Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required Professional Engineer (PE) license required Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred Why You'll Love It Here: Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation and project excellence Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel Make a tangible impact by helping deliver clean water and safe wastewater solutions to communities Curious about the impactful work our Water/Wastewater team is doing? Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
