We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Co-Op to join our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE). This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and excited to make a real, measurable impact on how we attract talent worldwide. As a TA Co-Op, you will work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists, contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, employer branding efforts, data driven insights, and process improvements. This is not a passive learning role, you will own meaningful work, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to how a global TA function operates. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Apply advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and logistics while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Contribute to employer branding content that showcases Huber's culture and values Data Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve processes and translate data into insights and recommendations that support TA strategy and decision making Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to gain a holistic understanding of our business and support broader initiatives in TA and People & Culture Process Improvement: Support workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and candidate experience improvements Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills 02 years of work or internship experience; prior internship experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with data; Excel or analytics experience preferred Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools is a plus Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn Demonstrates critical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset Ability to work/commute to Smyrna (Cumberland) on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days work-from-home) Ability to work full-time Summer 2026, and continue through Fall term on either a part-time or full-time basis What You'll Gain Hands-on experience across multiple areas of Talent Acquisition Exposure to a global TA Center of Excellence and cross functional partners Mentorship from experienced TA professionals Development of skills directly aligned to future TA Specialist and Partner roles Our employees are our strongest asset, and their safety, health, and well-being is our highest priority.
