Talent Acquisition Specialist Reports to: Global Talent Acquisition Manager Cooperates with: All Departments Location: On-site in Tulsa, OK HQ Primary Responsibility: Responsible for leading full cycle talent acquisition efforts across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for operational and corporate roles. What You'll Do: Contribute to MIRATECH's talent acquisition strategies. Lead full cycle recruitment across operational, technical, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and business priorities. Develop sourcing strategies for hard to fill technical and field positions, including direct outreach, community partnerships, and workforce programs. Build relationships with trade schools, technical institutes, workforce development boards, and industry associations in addition to universities. Support workforce planning initiatives for both operational and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers in plant and office environments to ensure timely staffing of critical operational roles. Build and maintain a pool of passive and active candidates through active recruitment efforts. Work closely with candidates to initiate and track pre-employment screenings, such as background checks, drug screens and employee eligibility verifications. Utilize applicant tracking system and onboarding software to ensure an optimal candidate experience. Conduct onsite hiring events, field interviews, and workforce recruitment campaigns as needed. Assist with special projects, reports and other related duties as required and assigned. How to Qualify: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar. 3 + years Human Resources experience, specifically managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Experience recruiting for both operational/field based roles and corporate/professional positions preferred. Experience with high volume or skilled trades recruitment strongly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail minded with excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
