Production Worker (All Shifts)

Shifts Offered: 2nd Shift: M-F, 3pm-11pm 3rd Shift: M-F, 11pm- 7am Rotating Nights: M-F, 7pm- 7am A day in the Life Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Keys to Success Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols, and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies. Education High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience Basic knowledge of machinery preferred. Experience with production equipment is a plus. Familiarity with quality testing. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. Knowledge of simple measuring devices. Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period. Physical Requirements / Work Environment This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment. The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II, Manufacturing based in Connecticut is $15.26$22.88. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
