Their growth in the Raleigh market reflects a commitment to quality and innovation. Job Description Manage higher-education, healthcare, and senior living projects. Oversee both renovation and ground-up construction (ground-up preferred). Collaborate with Sr. PM and VP of Operations to ensure project success. Maintain budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and coordination. Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and resolve project issues and risks effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
