HR Operations Associate/Executive Bilingual (English and Spanish) Reporting to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Location: Wixom, MI Key Responsibilities: Assist the CHRO in driving HR operational initiatives, including process optimization, policy refinement, and efficiency improvement projects. Collect, analyze, and organize various HR operational data (e.g., organization structure, labor cost, employee turnover, attendance, performance) to support decision-making. Support the development and optimization of HR policies, workflows, and SOPs, and help ensure effective implementation across business units. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR teams and business departments, enhancing communication and operational alignment. Provide support for the operation and improvement of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, personnel records, reporting tools), focusing on data accuracy and user experience. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of key HR initiatives such as annual headcount planning, workforce analytics, and productivity analysis. Organize and assist in HR-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Perform other administrative or project-based tasks assigned by the CHRO. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR function, preferably in a large enterprise or consulting environment. Solid understanding of HR processes and modules (e.g., recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations); Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus. Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management abilities. High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive attitude. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
