Northern Light Medical Management Bon Secours St. Francis Downtown is currently seeking a dedicated Locum Radiologist to cover overnight shifts, primarily focusing on ER, inpatient, and high-priority cases. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in a remote setting while contributing to urgent and critical patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for interpreting a variety of modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound with a typical volume of 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift. You will handle predominantly emergency and inpatient cases, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses. The role requires availability Monday through Friday, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a remote team are essential to success. Required Skills: Medical degree (MD/DO) with valid state medical licensure in Radiology Board certification in Radiology Proven experience in ER and inpatient radiology imaging Strong ability to interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound modalities Excellent attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote environment Availability for overnight shifts, Monday through Friday Nice to Have Skills: Subspecialty experience in Musculoskeletal or Neuro imaging Prior remote radiology experience Additional certifications or advanced training in emergency radiology Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology experience, ideally in ER/inpatient settings Active state medical license and board certification in Radiology Other Requirements: Must include malpractice insurance coverage within the hourly rate Ability to adapt to on-call or emergency requirements Reliable internet and environment conducive to remote work Flexibility to cover shifts as needed with punctuality and professionalism Enjoy a rewarding opportunity with competitive hourly pay at $19.50, including malpractice coverage, in a supportive environment dedicated to your professional growth.
