Position: Production & Packing Associate Schedule: 12-hour Rotating shifts Shift: 1st and 2nd Hours: 7AM 7PM/7PM - 7AM Pay Rate: 1st shift $15.00 per hour 2nd shift $16.13/ per hour Location: Morrisville or Durham NC For priority consideration, text code word "NCREADY" to 805-880-1961 Responsibilities Load film rolls and adjust film tension settings to maintain smooth operation and proper sealing alignment. Or cutting the cards on the production line. Operate and adjust overwrapping machinery or slitting machinery Troubleshoot mechanical and material issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or inconsistent wrapping, to reduce downtime. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, lubricating moving parts, and checking heat-sealing elements. Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, form size) based on product and overwrap material specifications. Coordinate with upstream and downstream operators to ensure synchronized product flow and reduce bottlenecks on the line. Operate non-electric hand truck/manual pallet jacks Requirements 1 year warehouse/ manufacturing experience a plus. Follow product labeling specifications and work instructions Apply basic mathematical skills in production tasks Familiarity with safety protocols Ability to perform tasks while standing for extended periods, as required by the role Ability to operate a non-electric hand truck a plus 1 -2 years' experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
