Recruiter Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Position Summary: As a Recruiter at Premier, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our dedicated team. This is a full-time, hybrid, day-shift position. Key Responsibilities: Performs full-cycle recruitment activities for all applicable entities including creating and posting job ads, conducting the required pre-employment screening. Creates offer letters and sends out offer of employment emails in collaboration with Human Resources and hiring managers. Manages all requisitions and communicates with hiring managers as needed, providing updates/feedback. Updates requisition form as needed. Proactively creates applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads externally through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations as well as internally through Premiers intranet. Manages interview logistics for candidates moving forward in the interviewing process. Schedules in person/virtual interviews for hiring managers. Understands state licensure requirements for specific positions. Makes sure licenses are valid and up to date. Provides excellent customer service and communication to candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process. Makes staffing/hiring recommendations to hiring managers. Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employment. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport. Effectively creates and maintains relationships with external recruiters for both direct hire, contract, and temporary placement positions as needed. Collaborates with Human Resources Coordinator for a seamless transition to onboarding. Organizes and attends job fairs and recruiting events. Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and processes. Creates policies and procedures as it relates to recruitment and trains managers on new policies and procedures as needed. Manages organizations Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy. Creates and presents reports to Human Resources Manager as requested. Works collaboratively with Human Resources Coordinator on HR related tasks and special projects as needed. Assists the Human Resources Coordinator in new-hire onboarding activities and presentations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience. PHR/SHRM certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years as an HR Representative handling recruitment. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Healthcare experience is preferred. Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
