Key Responsibilities: Supports Learning & Organizational Development by coordinating training; updating schedules, working with content preparers to update presentations; managing training tracker. Supports National Contract Management Administration (NCMA) activities: registers new members; coordinates payments; orders materials; is a knowledge resource for certifications; coordinates certification study groups. Supports HUB Content Updates and Posting working as a backup to post new content for the Contracts HUB team. Oversees Contracts and Subcontracts distribution lists and organization charts. Coordinates posting of CPARS, SPRS and sub-delegations of authority. Acts as a knowledge resource for expense reporting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Developing understanding of contract or subcontract management principles. Developing verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels. Developing analytical/critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and research skills. Collaborates and works effectively cross-functionally throughout the business. Demonstrates judgment and creativity to identify and resolve moderately complex contract or subcontract issues, recognizing when more expert guidance is required. Possesses a growth mindset for continuous learning to remain current with regulations and internal procedures. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
