Immediate temporary hire with potential to convert to permanent Pay rate: $30$35 per hour Schedule: MondayWednesday onsite near Totowa, NJ; remote Thursday & Friday Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Full-cycle recruiting for Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Corporate Staff Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, offers, and onboarding Utilize ATS systems (TriNet), job boards, social media, career fairs, and passive sourcing strategies Maintain HR records, support credentialing/licensure verification, and ensure compliance/confidentiality Collaborate on recruiting strategy, job postings, salary benchmarking, and onboarding coordination (including nurse training travel scheduling) Requires 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and understanding of clinical roles/credentialing (RN preferred) Ascendo is an equal opportunity employer.
