Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time | (7AM3PM) We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical care team in a skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality care delivery and positive outcomes for our residents. This is a hands-on leadership role where the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing personnel and ensuring daily care is delivered according to professional standards and regulatory guidelines. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Supervise and support the daily delivery of nursing care on your assigned shift Monitor staff performance and ensure care aligns with policies, procedures, and resident care plans Identify issues in nursing care and implement immediate corrective actions Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care Participate in team meetings to resolve challenges and improve service delivery Ensure proper documentation, communication, and handoffs occur during and between shifts Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of employment Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience At least 1 year of experience working in geriatrics or subacute care Management or supervisory experience preferred Peripheral IV certification preferred CPR/BLS certification required Strong communication and leadership skills Why Join Us?
