The Opportunity: This Accounts Payable Specialist role is part of a high-volume, shared services accounting team supporting multiple business units. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Perform three-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices) and resolve discrepancies Research and correct invoice errors, pricing issues, and quantity variances Act as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining professional relationships Partner with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and support month-end close activities Leverage Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and data validation Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and workflow efficiency Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated 2 or more years of direct experience in high-volume Accounts Payable processing Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, etc.) Strong understanding of three-way matching and AP best practices Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment Work Environment & Culture: This role offers a hybrid work schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
