Billing Coordinator (Customer Service) 3-Month Contract We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to process payments, provider onboarding, and responsive customer service. Key Responsibilities Payment Processing: Ensure providers are paid accurately and on time in accordance with program guidelines and agreements. Provider Onboarding: Coordinate new vendor setup Customer Support: Deliver clear, timely, and culturally responsive support to providers across multiple communication channels. Case Management: Manage and resolve payment and onboarding. Communication & Trust: Provide consistent status updates and explanations regarding payments or issues Data Integrity: Review and update records regularly to ensure accurate, current information. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts coordination, vendor onboarding, or customer servicefocused operations Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines accurately Experience working with financial or case management systems Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach Ability to provide respectful, culturally responsive support to diverse communities Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
