URGENT: Locum Ongoing Family/Internal Med Provider needed ASAP in Tucson, AZ Location: Tucson, AZ; Great place to spend fall and winter Setting: Outpatient Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing through the end of the year. One physician ASAP through October; One physician ASAP through 12/31 or longer. Coverage: Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p Requirements BC FM or IM Doctor Must be able to see all ages Active, unrestricted AZ license Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or active cases) DEA must be AZ. Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must have the following immunizations: MMR.
