Locums Urgent Care APP No Call Wilson, NCWhy This Role High-volume urgent care setting with consistent patient flow Independent practice as the sole provider on shift Ongoing coverage need with flexible scheduling opportunities Assignment Details Locum tenens coverage starting ASAP Ongoing assignment Outpatient urgent care setting No call Availability must be listed with bid presentation Multiple locations may require support within a 65-mile radius of provider residence Clinical Details Urgent care center environment Average volume of approximately 40 patients per shift Adult and pediatric patients ages 6 months and up Procedures include I&D, lration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures Single provider coverage with MA and front office support Supervising physician provided offsite EMR: Epic Requirements Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board certified Minimum of 12 months urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience Active North Carolina license BLS required Comfortable seeing and treating all patients independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed (mileage only) by Jobble
