Sr. Mgr of Growth Marketing and Analytics (Chicago, IL) – Develop fin models in Google Sheets/Excel to forecast + analyze marketing campaign performance, aligning channel metrics w/ fin objs; plan + execute ld generation, brand awareness, + affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing ROI through data-driven decisions; identify mrkt opps, define target audiences, and lead go-to-market strategies to drive business growth; write advanced SQL queries (CTEs, pivots, and window fns) to create auto dashboards + performance reports using Snowflake, Metabase, and Tableau; knowledge, undrstnd’g and work-level usage of R Studio and Python Track inbound business performance, sales funnel dynamics + campaign ROI using data pipelines, ensuring data consistency and accuracy; use data insights to identify trends, optimize mrkt’g initiatives, and improve business outcomes; build + optimize multi-touch attribution models using SQL and R to analyze buyer journeys and evaluate mrkt’g impact; apply adv stat techniques, incld’g regression models, Markov chains, chi-square tests, and A/B testing, to measure campaign effectiveness; identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI; mnge leads, opportunities, and accts w/in Salesforce and Impact or similar CRM platforms to ensure accurate tracking + reporting of sales and marketing interactions; collab w/ Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure mrkt’g initiatives align w/ bus objectives; present complex data insights + fin models to sr leadership in clear and actionable formats; Approx 5% domestic travel for corp offsite mtgs; Supervise 1-2 employees; Req. masters in business admin w/ concentration in marketing, finance, business analytics/statistics or similar; 12 mos rel profl exp which must incld. plan + execute ld generation, brand awareness, + affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing ROI through data-driven decisions; identify mrkt opps, define target audiences, and lead go-to-market strategies to drive business growth; use data insights to identify trends, optimize mrkt’g initiatives, and improve business outcomes; collab w/ Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure mrkt’g initiatives align w/ bus objectives; Salary range, $162k - $192k Any suitable combo of edu/train/exp acceptable.
