Additional Details Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $75/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k Opportunity for swing shift, Monday through Friday position to help with admissions About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton Average daily encounters: 114 Staffing Model: 16-20 per physician - 84 hours of physician coverage daily 12-14 per APP - 36 hours of APP coverage daily EMR: Epic 14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team Dedicated nocturnist Intensivists onsite until 5 pm, then on call Procedures not required Open ICU Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
