Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and disability insurance Hybrid work schedule Generous paid time off and paid holidays Strong work-life balance Shareholder opportunity Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement Supplemental benefits aiming for total well-being and financial security Employee resource groups focused on inclusion and community engagement Requirements & Qualifications B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineering License (PE) required 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering Minimum 5 years of project management experience Proven success in client relationship management and business development within the transportation sector Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MicroStation preferred Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities Strong financial acumen and ability to utilize dashboards, metrics, and data for decision-making Preferred Background & Skills Masters degree in Civil Engineering Experience with MicroStation and transportation design software Deep knowledge of municipal approvals and public process navigation Experience across Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Allentown transportation markets Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-location team to deliver transportation projects aligned with the firms mission and values Oversee project execution from planning and safety analysis through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service to both public and private sector clients Manage project budgets, staffing, scheduling, and financials, proactively addressing challenges Guide design strategy and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners Prepare compelling proposals, lead client interviews, and advance new business opportunities Support complex public processes, municipal approvals, and industry engagement to strengthen firm visibility
