Logistics Coordinator Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Swanton, OH for a leading air transportation service provider. Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday Friday 2:30 PM 10:30 PM (We are a 24/7/365 facility; flexibility is appreciated.) Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Key Responsibilities: Broker trucks using load boards and carrier networks Track and update shipments in real time Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery Negotiate pricing and resolve shipment issues Maintain organized records and email communications Qualifications: 23 years customer service experience 23 years high-volume data entry experience Strong typing and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and phone communication Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-critical environment Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of Sylectus/Omnitracs a plus Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn who wants to grow in the logistics industry.
