Job Description Job Description Location: Black Diamond, WA Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position Start Date: Immediate Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 annually Benefits: Health insurance + 401(k) About the Position We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control and Safety Manager to support an upcoming project in Black Diamond, WA. While the project is not federal, we require a candidate who is familiar with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 3‐Phase Quality Control System and can effectively implement this structured QC approach in our project environment. Key Responsibilities - Implement the USACE 3‐Phase Quality Control System. - Work daily with the Superintendent to coordinate field activities. - Conduct inspections, documentation, and reporting. - Lead QC meetings and track corrective actions. - Maintain OSHA and company safety compliance. - Coordinate with subcontractors and project management. - Prepare QC and safety reports. - Identify and track deficiencies. - Lead toolbox talks and hazard assessments. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of construction experience. - Knowledge of the USACE 3‐Phase QC System. - Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - USACE CQM certification. - OSHA 30+. - Experience implementing structured QC systems.
