Remote Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year Scope of Work The purpose of this engagement is to provide Unica + Assistance (the “Services”). As part of the services to be provided pursuant to this Statement of Work, CLEARGOALS shall perform each of the following listed below. HCL Unica+ Migration Provide HCL Unica+ Consultant to assist in the following Assist with migration for customer data from Adobe Campaign Classic to HCL Unica+ Assist with testing of data once migrated from Adobe Campaign Classic to HCL Unica+ Migrate from Adobe Campaign Classic and develop HCL Unica+ workflows/channels to requirements Recommended Hiring Profile Option 1 (Ideal): Senior HCL Unica Consultant (Migration Experience Mandatory) Must Have: 4–8 years HCL Unica Campaign experience Hands-on Adobe Campaign Classic exposure Strong SQL skills Experience in campaign migration projects Data model mapping experience Workflow build experience in Unica Option 2 (If Budget Constrained): MarTech Data Migration Engineer Stack: SQL (Advanced) ETL tools (Informatica / Talend / SSIS) Experience in at least one of: HCL Unica Adobe Campaign Salesforce Marketing Cloud Option 3 (Enterprise-Level Candidate): Enterprise Marketing Automation Architect If the scope expands later: Deep HCL Unica architecture Campaign design Integration design API-based integration Data privacy compliance knowledge (United States data residency required per SOW) 4.
