Delivery Associate Starting pay - $20.95 per hour. Plus peak season incentives. Plus overtime earnings opportunity! This is a seasonal position with the possibility of turning into a full-time permanent position. Schedule: Approximate hours: 11:00 am9:00 pm (Subject to change) Scheduled for four 10 hour shifts a week, plus an additional day in busy periods. Job Summary: A Delivery Associate is responsible for the daily customer service on a given route which distributes a high volume of small packages (less than ~50 lbs) in a relatively condensed cluster in our area. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, superior time management skills, and be obsessed with providing a level of performance that makes them stand out from the rest! Delivery Assistants work to assist the Delivery Associate ensure packages/boxes are delivered safely, timely and with care. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license - No CDL required Must be able to pass a 7-year background screening Must have a clean 3-year driving record Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug test Must possess excellent customer service skills (patient and friendly with a desire to please/serve) Must be able to use a company-provided smartphone Willing to move in and out of a van over 150 times a day Must be reliable Must be 25 years of age We will pay for your training to become great at what you do.
