Job Responsibilities: Work in a temperature-controlled freezer warehouse environment (don't worry, we provide suits, hair nets, and boots!). Assist with shoveling ice, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving products between trailers. Maintain cleanliness by hosing down floors and navigating a wet workspace. Cooperate effectively with team members to meet targets and deadlines in a supportive setting. Required Skills: Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Comfort working in a cold, wet environment for extended periods. Strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere. Dependable work ethic and punctuality. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting. Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures. Basic understanding of equipment used in warehouse operations such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a loader/unloader or warehouse role is a plus! Other Requirements: Must be flexible to work overtime, including 10-12 hour shifts.
