Project Manager High-End Restaurant Builds Miami, FL Were working with a well-established General Contractor delivering some of the most design-led, high-end restaurant and hospitality projects across Miami and South Florida. With a strong pipeline of luxury F&B and hospitality builds secured for 2026, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover. The Role You will take full ownership of high-end restaurant builds, managing programme, subcontractors, client coordination, and quality delivery on fast-track, detail-driven schemes. Responsibilities: Manage projects from mobilisation to completion Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants and ownership teams Control budgets, procurement and cost reporting Drive programme and ensure on-time delivery Maintain exceptional quality standards on high-spec finishes Lead subcontractor teams on site What Theyre Looking For: Proven experience delivering high-end restaurant or hospitality projects Background working for a General Contractor Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability Experience managing design-led interiors and bespoke finishes Confident client-facing skills Ability to run multiple fast-paced projects Why Apply?
