Grounded in transparency and accountability, we value long-term partnerships and are growing a team that shares our commitment to quality construction, professional integrity, and sustainable work-life balance.THE ROLEWe're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial renovation and adaptive reuse projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage 1-4 projects simultaneously at various phases, serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a critical role as we scale our operations. You'll have autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to shape our project delivery approach.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all phases of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality controlServe as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectationsCoordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring scope compliance and schedule adherencePrepare and submit client draws through AIA-formatted pay applications and ProCore construction management softwareSet up projects in company software and systems (Procore, accounting, etc.)Produce, review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders in coordination with design teamTrack project financials, manage budgets, and ensure profitability targets are metProactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budgetCollaborate with field team to ensure quality construction and safety compliancePrepare and present project status reports to clients and internal leadershipManage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and as-built documentationQUALIFICATIONSRequired:3-6 years of commercial construction project management experienceProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareProficiency with Bluebeam Revu or other takeoff softwareExperience with estimating and preconstruction servicesStrong understanding of construction contracts, including AIA documentsSolid grasp of construction accounting and project financialsExperience preparing AIA-formatted pay applications and managing client billingExcellent communication skills with ability to manage client relationshipsProblem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions under pressureSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred:Experience with adaptive reuse, renovation, or tenant improvement projectsComfortable conversing in both English and SpanishEstablished relationships with Denver-area subcontractors and suppliersExperience coordinating and managing field labor for self-perform workBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensation with project-based bonuses for key personnelComprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceReasonable schedule that respects work-life balanceOpportunity to work on unique, high-profile adaptive reuse projectsCollaborative, hands-on culture where your expertise mattersDirect access to leadership and real impact on company growthTO APPLY: Send resume and brief cover letter to with 'Project Manager' in subject line. recblid kr7igqpfnu1wfbo7rjeo7isy67uuqx
