Account Executive Life Sciences / Technology / Advanced Manufacturing Location: Denver, CO (preferred) or Remote U.S. Compensation: $130,000 $200,000 base + annual performance bonus + equity eligibility About the Opportunity A nationally recognized commercial insurance brokerage is expanding its Advanced Industries Practice and seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage a sophisticated portfolio of clients in Life Sciences, Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing. This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for delivering complex risk and insurance program design, driving renewals, and building long-term client partnerships. You'll collaborate with internal producers, placement specialists, and service teams to design innovative risk solutions for some of the most dynamic, rapidly evolving sectors in the market. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of program design, placement, and renewal for assigned accounts. Develop 13 year client insurance strategies aligned with business and risk goals. Manage carrier relationships and oversee marketing submissions and negotiations. Serve as a senior client advisor and subject matter expert. Support new business development by designing insurance programs for prospective clients. Mentor team members and help elevate internal technical expertise. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience managing complex commercial insurance accounts ($100K+ in revenue). Deep understanding of Life Sciences, Technology, or Advanced Manufacturing risk profiles. Strong marketing and negotiation skills with carriers. Proven ability to translate technical coverage details into business impact for executive-level clients. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
