Change & Transformation Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Engagement Type: Consulting (612 months) Pay Rate: $75$125/hour, commensurate with experience Project Overview Advanced Resources is partnering with a Fortune 500 global food and beverage organization to identify a senior Change & Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale modernization effort. This role will sit within a newly established Transformation Management Office (TMO) and Change Center of Excellence (COE), with a focus on execution, adoption, and enablement. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who builds, delivers, and drives adoption not a purely strategic or advisory position. The Opportunity Our client is rolling out a new enterprise TMO framework designed to standardize governance, sequencing, resource planning, and ROI measurement across multiple modernization initiatives. Several transformation waves are already underway and will continue through 2026. While the organization has strong internal capabilities, they are seeking senior, short-term consulting support to accelerate execution and ensure adoption of the new operating model across the business. What Youll Do This role places a strong emphasis on turnkey change delivery and leader enablement. You will: Translate complex product, technology, and UX concepts into clear, leader-ready training Build scalable change and adoption toolkits deployable across the enterprise Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including groups not fully integrated into earlier rollouts Develop adoption materials that are structured, intuitive, and reusable Facilitate working sessions to reinforce new RACIs, roles, and ways of working Act as a bridge between product/engineering teams and the broader organization Support global teams, including shared services and delivery centers in India and Mexico This is an execution-focused role, where success is measured by adoption and usability not documentation volume. Key Focus Areas Product Operating Model Adoption Develop end-to-end enablement and training materials for approximately 150 stakeholders Reinforce governance, interaction models, and accountability Agile-Aligned Change & Execution Apply strong product and agile fluency to simplify complex programs Translate transformation needs into actionable communication and training Portfolio & Modernization Support Contribute to timelines, milestones, and evaluation processes Support planning, funding, implementation, and measurement cycles What Were Looking For Experience leading change in large, complex, technology-enabled organizations Strong familiarity with product operating models, UX/engineering environments, and agile ways of working Proven ability to build leader-ready, adoption-focused change solutions Confident facilitator across cross-functional and globally distributed teams Ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and deliver in evolving environments Ready to Make an Impact?
