Proficient in estimating and quantity takeoff software, including Bluebeam, Procore, and Sage Estimating. Experienced in reviewing and leveling subcontractor bids, identifying scope gaps, and ensuring complete and accurate coverage. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
