Job Title: Part-Time Grant CoordinatorOrganization: International Foundation for Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Arthritis (AiArthritis)Location: RemoteHours: Up to 30. Compensation: $35 hourAbout AiArthritisThe International Foundation for Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Arthritis (AiArthritis) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by autoimmune and autoinflammatory arthritis. Through education, research, and advocacy, we work to drive awareness, advance scientific understanding, and provide resources to patients and healthcare professionals.Position SummaryAiArthritis is seeking a Part-Time Grant Coordinator to lead our grant strategy, ensuring the organization secures funding from private foundations, pharmaceutical companies, and corporate donors. This role will be responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing all grant opportunities, as well as overseeing database management, compliance and reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify grant opportunities that align with AiArthritis mission and funding needs.Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and applications.Establish and manage the grant application process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with guidelines.Maintain an organized grant database, tracking deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities.Work closely with program staff to gather necessary data and narratives for grant proposals and reports.Prepare and submit required reports (internal and external) on grant-funded activities, ensuring alignment with funder expectations.Cultivate relationships with grant-making organizations and funding partners.Stay informed of trends in nonprofit grant funding, particularly in the healthcare and patient advocacy space.Reports to CEO and Director of DevelopmentQualifications & SkillsMinimum of 5 years experience in grant writing and management.Strong research skills with the ability to identify and assess funding opportunities.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Experience working with private foundations, corporate donors, or pharmaceutical industry funders.Preferred experience securing and managing grants in the healthcare, research, or patient advocacy spaceProficiency in Google Workspace, grant management tools, and Zoho or similar CRM tools.Why Join AiArthritis?Opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people with autoimmune and autoinflammatory arthritis.Flexible remote work environment.AiArthritis is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. recblid d5x3imviivv3owtxwn3zv4ctdggy0g
